Cross-App Experience

Studio is a content management system designed to be your central workspace. Depending on the type of file you're handling, the relevant Idomoo app opens in a new tab for creation and editing. For instance, storyboards are edited in Storybuilder, while video pages are edited in Page Creator.

This integrated approach allows for seamless transitions between Studio and other applications, enabling efficient multitasking and a smooth workflow across all your projects.

Managing Multiple Accounts

Studio is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing users to efficiently manage and work on multiple accounts simultaneously. Whether you’re switching between accounts or working on several at once, Studio offers a seamless experience for managing multiple accounts.

  • Cross-Account Navigation: All accounts that you have access to will appear in a left sidebar, each represented by the initials of the account name for easy identification.
  • Quick Recognition: Add custom icons to accounts for easier identification and faster navigation through the settings.
  • Account Reordering: Effortlessly reorder the accounts by clicking and holding to drag them into your preferred order.

Optimizing Workflow

  • Sorting: Organize your assets for better access. Sorting allows you to arrange assets, projects, or accounts based on different criteria like name, date, or type. This feature is especially useful when dealing with large volumes of data. Here’s how you can maximize sorting:
    • By name: Quickly locate specific assets by sorting alphabetically.
    • By date: Stay updated on recent work by sorting assets or projects by creation or modification date.
    • By type (inside workspaces only): Organize assets by type—whether they’re videos, storyboards, or other media—so you can easily find what you need.
  • Filtering: Focus on what matters. Filtering helps you reduce clutter by displaying only the most relevant information. Whether you’re handling assets, projects, or accounts, filtering simplifies your view. You can filter your assets to show only videos, images, audio files, or other file types.

Account Assets Workspace

Every account now has an Account Assets Workspace, which acts as a central hub for reusable materials like logos, jingles, reusable scenes, or other assets frequently used across multiple projects.
